On Friday, August 12th, 2011, the RIH Foundation’s ICU Campaign, headed by honorary ambassador and NHL Boston Bruin star Mark Recchi, is proud to welcome the celebrity himself to announce the newest Team Recchi Member for the 365 day campaign.
Mark Recchi is proud to be represented in Kamloops by some of the most well-known businesses and organizations. With 4 of them already on-board, he will be announcing the 5th member to join the ranks.
“I am so glad the community has joined me in supporting this local cause. My brothers and I were in and out of RIH ourselves as kids with broken bones from the tough sports we played. I am excited to announce the newest member to join Team Recchi and help us raise money for our Intensive Care Unit Campaign,” says Recchi. “They are all supporting us in our quest to reach our $3 million dollar goal.”

“We’re extremely excited about the results to date of the campaign. It is all due to the generosity of all our donors,” says Veronica Carroll, Executive Officer at RIH Foundation. “And we are excited to be able to announce our new total at our press event at the Sports Action Lounge on August 12th, 2011 at 11am.”
